At Tiny Hands, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely tuck the items into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
